Free Delivery Threshold

Orders exceeding R600 qualify for completely free delivery. Standard delivery fees apply to orders below this amount at checkout.

Temperature Control

All frozen meals are transported under strictly temperature-controlled conditions to ensure they arrive at your door perfectly frozen. Fresh daily items (like school lunchboxes) are transported securely for immediate consumption.

Collections

Available strictly by prior arrangement at our Somerset West production kitchen. Advance coordination via email or our Contact Us page is mandatory.

If you are not completely satisfied due to a quality issue, or if an item is incorrect or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us via our Contact Us page or email at hello@mangomeals.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

To process a refund or replacement for defective items, the product must be returned to us (kept in its frozen state) for inspection. Once inspected and verified, approved refunds or replacements are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect Device Information (IP address, browser type, cookies, and log files) to optimize your site experience. When you make a purchase, we collect Order Information (name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email, and phone number) necessary to fulfill your order.

How We Use and Share Your Personal Information

We use your data strictly to fulfil orders, process payments, screen for fraud, and communicate with you. We share this data only with necessary third-party e-commerce and analytics infrastructure providers (such as GoDaddy and Google Analytics). We do not sell your personal data.

Your Rights (Data Access and Deletion)

Section 1 - Overview & Online Store Terms

This website is operated by Mango Meals (Pty) Ltd. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Intellectual Property: All content provided by the Service—including but not limited to our recipes, daily and weekly menus, nutritional formatting, operational workflows, and brand assets—is the exclusive, proprietary information and intellectual property of Mango Meals (Pty) Ltd. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, scrape, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this proprietary information without express written permission from us.

Section 3 - Products, Modifications & Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to our core delivery zones in the Western Cape.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by commercial dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors.

Section 5 - Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content to: (a) solicit others to perform illegal acts; (b) violate any laws or regulations; (c) infringe upon our intellectual property or proprietary rights; (d) harass, defame, or discriminate; (e) submit false information; (f) upload viruses; (g) scrape or track the personal information of others.

Section 6 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
